Old building is no good. And new building need sanitation. also there is high lack of hygiene, quality and system of administration. no AC in the class and fans are sometimes not working. windows and gates are broken also.
only some teachers are good. rather to study in college we prefer to study at home as there is less students who attend classes and students don't get to have sufficient books in library. college doesn't have environment of study due to its crowd.
college has no placement cell. we need to placed own their own and also they don't help in giving liberals in attendance while we take internship or job of our own . students need placement to work but college put less effort in making it.
Afterall we study in du so money is valued but the value of course is not as much we can see here. also these college only helps people to get a degree, not to help student for their future and and personality .
Very bad to live there because of Alipur. there is only bad influence crowd and i think student of this college only come to this college to enjoy life not to take it seriously. places are filled with bad influenced people.
The college infrastructure is not good for a commerce/arts graduate as they have 2 campuses. Campus for Science graduate has all the minimum infrastructural requirements but incase of others there is old campus where claassrooms are not in good condition
the curriculum is good as it is set on university level by University of Delhi that gives exposure to various finance, marketing, HR subjects. The curriculum has good subjects for accountancy and finance field majors like cost accounting GST , Financial markets and some subjects on stock as well.
The placement at college level is not good at all where the average package was of 1.20-2.40 lakh per year and that too very few companies visit. At the time of 2019-22 the placements were impacted because of corona as well.
College is value for money as you will recieve a bachelors degree from Delhi University at a total cost of 50K.
Overall the college is not good when it comes to infrastructure but has DU tag attached to it.
College has all necessary infrastructure which is required. The facilities there are quite good . It has two buildings one is new campus and other is old campus. The staff is quite good and helpful.the infrastructure is good overall
I am studying b.com bcz I want to make my career in ca .the curriculum is updated and it has good practical lab facilities.the studies are quite good and the teaching facility is good and it is quite a good experience.
Our college has an average placement. Not much placements have been provided in our college.i haven't seen any such placement as of now but as the time is advancing I hope to have much more placement opportunities.
The cost of my course is quite average and minimal. Yes according to me my course is worth the money I am paying.the cost is quite average and it seems good that at such a low cost we are getting the best
the college was amazing and it had good building. the college area was very clean and decorated. there is so much pomp in the college everyday. the labs were really good and full of working apparatus. the classes are having smart class and a projector.
the academics of the course were good. Teachers used to explain through various easy to understand examples and pictures. physics is a very diverse subject so curriculum of this course was well-update in order to get various fields.
Placement cell in the college was satisfactory. The students applied to the jobs, get good jobs and are placed in companies with good stipends and about 65% of the students were offered jobs. highest paid job was in physics as science officer.
The course costs about 12000 Rs per year including the exam fees and hostels used to cost around 100000 Rs. per year. It was worth the money because the fees structure is well-affordable and economic.
campus life is good, there is a playground in the campus containing basketball, football courts as well as badminton courts. there is gym constructing in the area as well to provide students with facility to refresh after the classes.
Our college have all required and necessary facilities and equipment yet it needs some improvement. Infrastructure is good. College area is very vast. Teachers are very helpful. Happy to be here for my bachelor course.
I am studying physics. Bcoz I like the beauty of science and how science can develop our technology. Here teaching quality is good. Maybe our college needs some development. Jobs ready is dependent on you not on your college.
I don't try to have any placement in my college,so I don't know about that. I just heard from someone else that it is good. Our college is supportive . Mostly commerce side students get the placements .
My course costs me 12k per year and I think I got more worth from the college than that . So I am happy to complete the course.
Our college has a cricket stadium that acquires vast amount of area. We played there during our free time. It is safe to play there and I enjoyed the time there with my fellow classmates.
Infrastructure was not good at all. The classrooms are not good at all no lights fans in summers. and overall infrastructure of old building is not good but otherwise new building is somewhere good in infrastructure.
The academics were good their professors were helpful and they have a good knowledge over everything. And they help you in every aspects. They are lenient about any medical leaves and emergencies they cooperate in every aspects.
Placements are just average. There was the fest but hardly anyone can get the placement there. tbh I didn’t get placed through college and non of my friends even we all together fought for jobs and placements and found our way.
It is in some aspects value for money like in academics and sports.
Campus life is okay it was not as good as aspected.
B com students were allotted OLD building. It was wrost than the GOVT SCHOOLs... Old & Ugly. No digital equipments. No wifi. On other side, the new building campus was superb. Library of new building was superb equiped with lot of books.
Professors were outstanding, experienced and very good in teaching. Most of the professor were so cooperative except fews. Assignments and internal test used to be on time. They also always encouraged to think and do out of the box.
Placement were average. Once you register for placement you'll get update regarding to upcoming companies, their eligibility and interview date. Most of the company preferred students who hold deep knowledge in any 1 subject. Internship and extra curricular activities are always considered.
This college is one of the best for Extra curricular activities. Especially if you're into sports. The playground was one of the best and biggest. I think it's one of the best among all the DU colleges.
One thing is that it is in outskirts of Delhi. However bus is always the best option avilable.
The college building is too old and the infrastructure is totally not upto the mark the washroom, library, canteen all were just for the name no good service were available for there college students
The teachers were soo careless and irresponsible in there behaviour so don’t think as too educate a students they just spend they time and earning a good amount of salary from the college no projects no learning in studies
No company was visited for placements college not provided any facilities for guiding a students for there future if any company would visit just for the reputation of delhi university college . Totally waste of money
This is just under Delhi University it doesn't had basic facilities of Good qualities of desk and washroom. In the upper layer of building they had a roof looks like village school . It doesn't feel like we studied in Delhi University college
Teachers were well qualified but they were not interested in providing there knowledge and experience to students. They took only 20-30 classes everyday and many of them don't even bothered to enter in classes
I wasn't looking for placements at that so I don't know much about it but in my guess there are few companies who cam such Jio but not much only few companies were there so for placements I won't recommend it.
My whole Bcom programme completed in just 50k and for graduation I would say it's quite cheap compared to private colleges where they charge you in lakhs. So for value for money it's okay cannot complain much on that part.
Campus life is good, college has two campuses old building and new building. Campus life at new building is good but in old building it's boring. So spending time in new building is good.
The college infrastructure is is very poor there is two building new and old . In old building it feels like we are in village no facility is there for students who studied BCOM and BCOM (H) only a tag of Delhi University college
Some teachers Were good and some even don't care about the students future . They just came share there old stories and nothing productive they teach us only 10 percent teachers were serious towards there duty
In my time we not get any companies for placement they just fooled us with some low background companies will come and you got placements . Don't come here with a mindset of getting a good placements
Noone liked to come college they feel waste of time to study there
Dear Student,
The admission to BSc Hons. Chemistry course in DU ( Delhi University ) is totally based on your class 12th marks. An aggregate of 60% or more marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% or more marks in English is required for admission. And also, while filling the application form for BSc , you have to fill the aggregate percentage there. Your ranking will be based on your class 12th marks.
Hope this helps.
