Swami Vivekananda Arts and Science College, Villupuram, is an affiliated college, set up in 2008 in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu, India. Located on a large 12-acre plot of land, the institution has enrolled sixteen courses across eight degrees it provides. The college has a total student intake capacity of 687 thus the college is co-educational and the balanced intake of male and female students enhances the learning environment. The institution of higher learning provides quality courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in arts and sciences.

Swami Vivekananda Arts and Science College provides students with state of the art facilities in their academic exercise and general development. I.T Infrastructure encompasses a computer Laboratory with seventy dual-core computers to enable students up-to date skills tailored I.T standards all over the world. It’s a library that has about one thousand volumes of various classifications, which describes the subjects taught in the college, personality enunciation literature and language capturing books. 

The institution has had to have over 5 buses for convenience to transport students within the town limits and several neighbouring villages. The campus also has a canteen that sells a variety of foods delicacies, in clean and well maintained environment. Sports and games facilities are provided at all levels with separate coaching to develop university level talents. As for now the college provides a broad spectrum of programmes where 10 are undergraduate and 6 post graduate programmes offered by Swami Vivekananda Arts and Science College, 16 courses in total. Undergraduate programmes include B.Sc Computer Science, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics BBA, BCA B.Com, B.Com Corporate Secretaryship and BA Tamil English. Post graduate students can take up MA in English and Tamil, M.Com., and M.Sc in Computer science, Mathematics and Chemistry. All the courses offered are full time programmes that equip students with advanced theoretical as well as practical knowledge in their respective areas of specialisation.
