The postgraduate department is also strong with MA programmes in subjects like Hindi Literature, English, Urdu, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, and History, with 60 intakes in each of the said courses.

The admission criteria for some courses are followed by the college; for other courses, it has different sets of admission criteria. The admissions in B. Ed will be strictly merit-based, on marks secured in the qualifying examination as permissible under the policy of the State Govt. and University. The admission in D. El. Ed. also will be strictly made on merit through the qualifying examination marks and entrance examination results as admissible under the policy of the state government/UT administration.
