    TKM School of Architecture: Kollam, established in the year 2014 and an affiliated college, is situated in Kollam, Kerala, India. This Council of Architecture-approved co-educational institution primarily provide an Architecture specialised concentration of education. The School of Architecture of TKM is one of the most prestigious schools offering architecture education with 35 35-acre facility for the students. At the moment, 173 students study here, and there are 20 members on the faculty. Managing only a single course of B.Arch, the college still aims to keep the right student-faculty ratio for a personalised experience as well as quality education.

    The school is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi, and affiliated with Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kochi.  TKM School of Architecture provides a wide variety of learning facilities meant to help the students get the best learning experiences. These include: Hostels for boys and girls respectively that are comfortable, provide, and designed to foster effective study among students. A college library is a central place to acquire knowledge; it is stocked with a multitude of books, Newspapers, Journals, e-journals National and International publications on architecture designing, Building Science and interlinked fields. Along with the practical application of measurements, the well-equipped laboratories allow students to control and evaluate several parameters of buildings and microclimates required for the assessment of thermal comfort and indoor Environmental Quality. The college also offers advanced computer systems with an ultramodern design and 3Dmodellingg software with a fast and efficient network connection. Regarding the overall growth and personality development, TKM School of Architecture has facilities for sports and games, and equally has promoted participation in co-curricular activities in its Arts Club and Reading Club.

    At present, TKM School of Architecture, Kollam responds to the need of demand only with a single full-time programme that is the B.Arch programme. This five-year degree programme has an FR &AC of 40 students per year only. Therefore, to accommodate this need, the B.Arch course aims at producing well-equipped students with adequate knowledge of architectural ideas, courses and skills necessary in architectural practice. It is probable that the programme integrates almost all areas of focus, such as architectural design, construction of buildings, history of architecture, structural design and planning and others.
