Tulsi College of Education for Women, Ambala, is an affiliated institution established in the year 2006 at Vill-Ropamajra, Hissar Road, Dhorkara, Ambala, sprawling over 4 acres of the campus. The institution has been sanctioned to maintain standard and quality in education by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi (NCTE). It has two specialized courses in education, with a total student enrolment of 531, with a faculty of 29 highly dedicated professionals.

This helps improve students' physical fitness along with the need to cultivate the team spirit for all-round development of personality of the students. Contrasted with this, the D.El.Ed. course is a two-year period with an intake of 50 seats, which specializes the students in the very noble profession of elementary education. The admission procedures to Tulsi College of Education for Women shall strictly be merit-based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and, in some cases, entrance examinations.
