Uma Nath Singh Institute of Engineering and Technology is one of the constituent colleges of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Formed in 1997, this institution offers a wide range of engineering programs in technical education. The faculty strength here is of 72 members to give the best technical education with skills in various fields of engineering. It presents six B.Tech courses across a wide range of technology disciplines, bringing up students in response to the dynamic needs of the industry. 

UNSIET, with all the latest infrastructure, provides students with the best academic backgrounds. The college is well-equipped with well-furnished laboratories, equipped with advanced educational technology equipment and internet facilities. The Pharmacy Building houses an air-conditioned computer lab. There are many resources available, which have lately been awarded as "Centres of Excellence" by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Hostel Accommodation The UNSIET has different male and female hostel facilities for students. 

Living conditions are very favourable for the academic: the institute provides six full-time B.Tech courses, all of which are four-year programmes. The courses include Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, and Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
