VB College of Education, Bhagalpur, was established in the year 2007. The co-educational college stands located at Deekshapuram, Bhagalpur, Bihar, over 3.52 acres. This affiliated college gained approval from NCTE to ensure quality in teacher education. It offers two regular courses: B.Ed and M.Ed with an enrolment of 225 students. The student-faculty ratio of the college is 225:6, which is quite appreciable, thus making the teaching environment much better.

The same is the case with the M.Ed. course, where admission is made on the basis of merit, with marks in the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection process adopted according to the governing policies.
