Vidyadaan Institute of Technology and Management was established in 2010, and it is one of the most esteemed educational institutions in Buxar, Bihar. It is an educational institute based at Ariaon with a vast spread area of approximately 20 acres. This institute is affiliated and focuses on providing quality education in the field of engineering and technology. The institute offers four specialised B.Tech programmes that would help students shape themselves with the right blend of skills and knowledge to meet the challenges that the rapidly changing technological world is going to pose.

The institute is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna. VITM provides students with a wide range of modern facilities to enrich the learning environment. It has sufficient laboratories wherein proper hands-on exposure of all the theoretical concepts learned by the students can be done in great detail. It has a very comprehensive library that could be called a knowledge hub with its huge collection of books, periodicals, and online resources for academic pursuits. The campus is fully equipped with excellent IT infrastructure that keeps students in constant contact with the world outside and also provides them with the latest technological tools and resources. With regard to accommodation, there are separate boys' and girls' hostels in the VITM campus, making it comfortable and safe for them to stay there. 

The four programmes are such that they cover all the B.Tech full-time four-year courses. The four included courses are computer science and engineering, information technology, electronics and communication engineering, and electrical and electronics engineering. Courses are oriented with a full, undiluted, tasteful tinge of theory class learning, followed by practical application in a real-time scenario. 

Admission processes in VITM are based on selection through academic merit or individually set criteria by the College itself.
