Vishnu Ayurveda College, situated in the beautiful town of Palakkad, is a forerunner of Ayurvedic knowledge in the twenty-first century. This centre was set up in 2002 as a recognised institution and has been preparing the next generation of Ayurvedic professionals for more than 20 years. First and foremost, the Vishnu Ayurveda College offers the basic course of study for Indian medicine, the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). This is an extensive course that will take the students six years of full-time education to complete and be professional Ayurvedic practitioners. With an approved intake of 60 students per year, the programme guarantees individual focus and qualitative preparation. The student enrolment for the college is 288 students and is equally diverse, with 34 dedicated faculty members.
