Viva School of Architecture, Vasai, Maharashtra, was started in 2010 as an affiliated college. This co-educational institution is approved by the Council of Architecture and offers a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course. The campus is spread over 200 acres, and the environment is very congenial for architecture studies. The institute has a faculty strength of 13, thus providing personal attention to students. VSA accepts scores from NATA and JEE Main, thus admissions are truly based on the students' aptitude for architecture.

Viva School of Architecture is affiliated to the college University of Mumbai, Mumbai. The college provides various amenities so that students can excel in their academics as well as in personal development. The admission procedure for the B.Arch course in Viva School of Architecture is based on the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) as conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai. Prospective students have to appear for either NATA or JEE Main. Listing at DTE is by NATA scores.
