Wesley Degree College for Women was established in the year 1984 and is one of the leading institution in Secunderabad, Telangana. This affiliated college recognised by NAAC provides a wide number of undergraduate courses in multiple fields of studies. Located on a small plot of 1 acre of land, the college has an overall enrolment of 2,259 and faculty of 33 professors. Currently, Wesley Degree College offers six full-time courses in three degree programmes in arts, commerce, and science streams. It also has modern and adequate facilities in relation to the quality education policy and focuses on the character transformation of the student.
Wesley Degree College for Women boasts of housing a variety of amenities that may complement the college learning needs of the students today. The profound library, well equipped with thousands of books and magazines, is assumed to be a study centre for the learning process. The collection includes reference and periodical sections, and for the student’s benefit, there is a photocopier included. The college also has a separate Computer Science Lab, Computer Maintenance Lab, Physics Lab, Electronics Lab, statistical Lab, Commerce Lab, and English Lab Whereas lab activity is such an important part of the learning process that several dedicated labs allow individuals to get practical experience. Moreover, there are workout rooms and playing fields on the campus for students’ healthy body and states of mind. The projection of the cafeteria is to provide the students an area where they can hang out and interact with others between periods. Also, the college boasts of effective IT equipment support with well-developed computer laboratories, evident with the college’s commitment towards information technology course offering.
At present, Wesley Degree College has a total six full-time programmes in three degree streams. These include BA Mass Communication, B.Com., B.Com. Computers, and three B.Sc. programmes with specialisations in mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, & electronics. All the courses offered are three-year full-time programmes that afford the student adequate depth in specialisation areas.

The college is quiet good
College Infrastructure
The Wi-Fi on campus keeps students connected, while the canteen offers tasty and affordable food ideal for quick breaks. Open spaces and common areas allow students to hang out, relax, and connect with friends between classes. Security is taken seriously, with CCTV and staff ensuring a safe environment.
