Yes, you can surely get admission in DTU, NSIT or IIITD even if you are from other state. Although, you will have to score better than candidates of Delhi since they get state based reservation.

Minimum eligibility for admission is 10+2 (PCM) with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. Final admission is based on the score in JEE Main followed by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC).
