Yes, you are eligible to take admission in NITs, IITs or any other institute. 

Degrees from NIOS are valid and recognized. 

Further, you can also appear for any government job exams as well if you may wish. 

So, you can apply for any entrance level examination conducted for admission just like a regular candidate can.
