i got 28k EWS quata rank can I get nit puducherry ,nit Goa ,nit meghalaya ,nit Agartala ,nit Hamirpur and other lower nit I need any branch

To get a seat.in any NIT candidates has to appear inJee mains exam with a sc ore of atleast 90 percentile of marks for general candidate.But for EWS candidates the percentile of marks in jee mains is 85-80 percentile of marks in jee mains for below category NIT like NIT Goa,NIT Hamirpur,NIT Agartala,NIT  Srinagar,NIT Nagpur,NIT Silchar,the rank required for these NITs mentioned above within aiq 30,000.As you have the rank of 28,000 in  jee mains so you have a chance for admission in any of the NITs among 31NITs in India.
