72 MonthsDoctor Of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Marine Engineering shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, the course offered by the Academy of Maritime Education and Training, Kanathur.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate M.E/M.Tech in Marine Engineering or related discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates with exceptional research potential may be considered through a direct admission process.
