Aa per your query I would like to tell you for last year  For the first counselling AIIMS put list of 1344 eligible candidates .

Talking about last year, within 1000 ranks is safe  to get admission in AIIMS Rishikesh. However the Last rank getting admission in AIMMS

if you have bihar residence certificate than you can get state quota seat. for any state quota seat you must have that state residence certificate this is the eligibility to get this quota. if you fulfil this eligibility than you will get bihar quota certificate in the neet examination.

For admission in AIIMS Rishikesh, the cut off for the OBC category in the previous years was a rank of  6,768 and percentile of 97.6417318. In 2016 the cut off was a rank of 2095.

Considering this you would require a score around this range for admission here.

The 2018 Cutoff released not ony includes OBC Category the Cutoff also includes PWBD Category(OBC).

The PWBD Category(OBC) rank who got last seat in round one of counselling had 9973(Rank).
