Master of Science in Microbiology is a two-year full-time postgraduate course and offered by Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology, Baddi. It is a fascinating subject. But, more specifically, although not immediately obvious, microbiology has a huge impact on our lives. Microorganisms are everywhere. They are in our environment, on our body, everywhere we go. They help to turn over the soil and aquatic habitats. Microorganisms also include pathogens, which are organisms that cause diseases in plants and animals.

A candidate must have Pass with 60% aggregate marks in bachelor’s degree (Applied Medical Science or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Agriculture or Bio-sciences or Food Science or Medical Lab. Technology or Life Sciences or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health & Allied Sciences or Plant Science) or equivalent, from any recognized University.
