CUTM Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

There is a health centre provided inside the campus which has well-trained medical doctors to provide medical treatment to students and staff. An ambulance is also available 24x7 to transfer the patients to the health centre in case of any emergency. A pharmacy is also available inside the Centurion University of Technology and Management Vizianagaram campus where all medicines and other medical items are available.

A swimming pool is also provided inside the Centurion University of Technology and Management Vizianagaram which can accommodate 150 to 200 people at a time. The swimming pool has a standard size of 50 mts x 25 mts, with 90 cm depth at the shallow end and 5 mts depth at the deeper end, also provided with 3 platforms of 1 mt, 3 mts and 5 mts height for diving, and one springboard fitted at 1 mt height for diving.

The university has a well-maintained IT infrastructure. It has computer systems that are equipped with latest software and hardware that helps the students to gain some practical knowledge.

Centurion University of Technology and Management Vizianagaram provides gymnasium facilities for the students, faculty and staff all throughout the day. The gym is fully air-conditioned and well equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for conducting all exercises and workouts. Trainers are also provided to guide and help students and faculty during their workout sessions. The gym remains open from 6:00 am to 8:00 am in the morning and 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the evening.

The University has a bank inside the campus and also a 24 hours ATM facility is available for the students for cash withdrawal.

A restaurant is also provided inside the campus which serves Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Tandoori Items. The restaurant remains open every day and the timings are 8:00 am-10:30 am, 12:00 pm-3:30 pm and 6:45 pm-10:30 pm. The restaurant serves a wide variety of food items including soft drinks, snacks, chowmein & roll, soup, desserts, appetizers, lunch and dinner, thali, rice, dal, veg and non-veg curry, paneer & mushroom curry, egg and fish curry, Chinese etc.

A guest house is also provided inside the University campus with all basic facilities including furniture, air-conditioners and WiFi. The guest house is available for visiting faculty, University guests and parents.

The library has a good collection of both text and reference books, journals, newspapers, etc. Other facilities like photocopying, printing, scanning, etc are also available inside the library. The library remains open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm on all working days except the second Saturday. The library also has various subscriptions including DELNET, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, Down To Earth, ShodhGanga, NPTEL, Industry Outlook, ICAR, WorldCat, Pathshala, VidyaMitra, etc.

Different grounds and courts are provided for playing different games including football, basketball, cricket, lawn tennis, etc. Students of the Centurion University of Technology and Management, Vizianagaram have also participated in different sports competitions inside and outside the campus. The sports coach is also there to guide and train the students in different games.

Centurion University, Andhra Pradesh provides internet facilities to the students and faculty members for free.

Multiple retail stores are provided inside the University campus where all food staples, fresh groceries and household products are available. A fruit juice shop and sweet shop are also available inside the campus.

Centurion University, Vizianagaram provides hostel facilities to the boys' students. Hostels are allotted to students based on the availability of rooms. Other facilities including 24x7 power supply, ATM and medical services are also available.

Separate hostels are available for the girls’ students. Hostel rooms are well-ventilated and provided with basic furniture. Other facilities including 24x7 power supply, ATM and medical services are also available. Hostels also have mess facilities of their own that serve quality and hygienic food to students.

Students are encouraged to seek opportunities and enhance their learning experience with practical knowledge. The Career Development Cell provides a platform for the students and the companies so that the collaboration is mutually beneficial.
