I am sorry to inform you about this but your general rank of 12689 is very poor. However hope for the best as you have armed forces quota so you may ge admission in B. Pharm if you are lucky. The General closing rank for B. Pharm for the year of 2018 was 574 for General category for admission into CSJMU. Hence there is little chance for getting admission. Hope this answer helps!

Chemical Engineers have traditionally played a key role in industries such as petroleum processing, fertilizers, energy, food, agriculture, polymers, synthetic fibers, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, gases, consumer products and specialty chemicals. With the recent developments in the world, chemical engineers can also find opportunities in the field of pollution prevention technologies, new drugs, development and the manufacture of artificial organs and limbs etc. Keeping in view the need to provide competent and well-trained professionals for the country’s chemical industries, the Department of Chemical Engineering was established in 1996 in UIET, CSJM University. The Department of Chemical Engineering offers a Four-Year academic program leading to a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering. The Department offers compulsory courses on Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Mass Transfer, Reaction Engineering, Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics, Instrumentation and Process Control, Chemical Technology, Process Equipment Design, Transport Phenomena etc. A large number of electives like Environmental Pollution and Control, Polymer Engineering, Numerical Methods in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Safety and Hazard Prevention, Non-conventional Energy Sources etc., are also offered to get the students familiar with the latest trends in research and the industry in order to strengthen their professional capabilities. The students are also required to undergo a six-week industrial training in a chemical or allied industry at the end of the third year to give them a first hand experience of the industry.

Feroze Gandhi College is a good option if you have a low rank and get a good branch with TFW. The College has good placement also.  CSJMU, LU and RJP ruhelkhand has average performance. You can get a good career if you have efficient skills. No college can help you in that. You have to cultivate it with practice. PSIT is also a good private college and reviews and ratings are also good. The performance of college is good enough and increasing every period. You can join any one of the college you find suitable and be expert in Coding, Problem solving and Data stuctures along with aptitude and reasoning. You will get a job for sure.

Congratulations on your rank. You have got a good rank. According to last year census, the cutoff marks for Pharmacy for Uttar Pradesh Medical university is Opening rank is 2 and Closing rank is 3. So it is difficult for you to get into that university.

It's a state university and has a good rating along the reviews.

But they college does't have biotech course. Courses available for BTech is :-

yes you can get an admission as your rank is good. You can apply for any government or any private college which provides that course.

The most of the courses are of post graduation level and it may not be accepting UPSEE. It accepts AP EAMCET B.Pharm.

According to the notification provided by  Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University in its website, the proposed date for entrance exam is 21st and 22nd June. They are yet to upload admit card, may be they'll do it sooner. You'll get all the information in 'UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE EXAM 2019' portal, just keep checking it.

Yes,  you can take lateral entry in B Pharm. In India, the lateral entry for bpharm 2nd Year ( 3rd semester)  is decided through the entrance test and also through the merit based. 

Some of the universities / colleges in India conduct their own entrance exam. Like : University institute of pharmaceutical sciences , Chandigarh. JADAVPUR University through wbjee. And so on. And few of the colleges through merit based as like DIPSRU.
