      Good environment ????????

      Verified Review
      College Infrastructure

Good college infrastructure is foundational to academic success, offering a holistic environment that promotes learning, innovation, and personal growth. A top-tier campus features spacious, ventilated, and well-lit classrooms equipped with smart technology—such as projectors and interactive whiteboards—that facilitate modern pedagogical approaches. Beyond the classroom, a well-stocked library with a vast repository of books, digital journals, and silent reading areas is crucial.

      Academics

A good academic in college goes beyond just high grades; they are intellectually curious, disciplined, and actively engaged in their learning environment. Such students possess strong critical thinking skills, manage their time efficiently, and actively participate in discussions. They build positive relationships with professors and peers, ensuring a holistic, successful educational experience

      Placements

Average The placement season typically kicks off in the pre-final or final year, requiring students to hold a strong technical profile, including proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and completed projects. While top IT and circuit branches (CSE/ISE) see higher placement rates and better packages, non-IT branches often struggle to reach 30–40% placement. Students who actively pursue off-campus opportunities or upskill beyond the curriculum often secure higher packages, sometimes exceeding 5–7 LPA

My experience with my college has been good overall

      College Infrastructure

Dayalbagh Educational Institute has a well-maintained and peaceful campus that provides a good environment for learning. The infrastructure is decent and suitable for students’ academic needs. Classrooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with basic facilities like proper seating arrangements, fans, and projectors in some departments. The library is one of the strong points of the college, offering a wide collection of books, journals, and study materials that are helpful for students. The campus also has computer labs, science laboratories, and workshops that support practical learning. Wi-Fi facilities are available, although connectivity can sometimes be improved. The campus is green, clean, and has a calm atmosphere which helps students focus on studies. Sports facilities and open spaces are also available for extracurricular activities. However, some areas such as modernization of certain classrooms and better maintenance of hostel facilities could be improved. Overall, the infrastructure of Dayalbagh Educational Institute is satisfactory and creates a comfortable environment for both academic and personal development.

      Academics

I am currently pursuing my graduation at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, where I am studying subjects related to my course that provide both theoretical and practical knowledge. I chose this college because of its disciplined environment, affordable education, and good academic reputation. The institute focuses on overall student development and encourages students to maintain consistency in academics. The quality of teaching is generally good, as most faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and explain concepts clearly. They are approachable and help students with doubts, assignments, and project work. Practical sessions and presentations are also included in some courses, which improve learning experience. The curriculum is fairly updated and covers important concepts related to the field. It includes practical exposure, assignments, and industry-related topics, but there is still scope to include more recent technological advancements and industry trends in some subjects. Regular seminars, workshops, and guest lectures could further enhance academic learning. Overall, the academics at Dayalbagh Educational Institute are good and provide students with a strong educational foundation.

      Placements

The placement opportunities at Dayalbagh Educational Institute are decent, but they can vary depending on the course and department. Professional courses such as engineering, management, and technical programs usually receive better placement opportunities compared to some other streams. Several reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in areas like sales, operations, IT, and management. The overall quality of placements is satisfactory for students who are well-prepared and actively participate in internships, skill development programs, and placement drives. The placement cell provides guidance regarding interviews, aptitude tests, and resume preparation. In terms of placement percentage, it is not extremely high across all courses, but a fair number of students do get placed every year. Approximately 50–70% of students from professional courses are placed, while placement opportunities may be lower in general degree courses. Salary packages are usually average, making it a reasonable option for students seeking stable career opportunities. Overall, placements at Dayalbagh Educational Institute are decent, but students often need to build additional skills to secure better opportunities.

      Value for Money

The annual fee at Dayalbagh Educational Institute is quite affordable compared to many private colleges, and it varies depending on the course. For most programs, the fee structure is reasonable, which makes higher education accessible for students from different financial backgrounds. I feel that the college provides good value for money because students get quality education at a low cost. The institute offers experienced faculty, library facilities, laboratories, practical learning opportunities, and a disciplined academic environment. The campus is well-maintained and supports both academic and personal growth. Although placements are average in some courses and could be improved further, the affordable fee structure balances this drawback. Students who actively participate in academics, internships, and skill development activities can benefit a lot from the opportunities provided. Overall, Dayalbagh Educational Institute is worth the investment for students looking for affordable education with decent facilities and a positive learning environment.

      Campus Life

Campus life at Dayalbagh Educational Institute is peaceful and disciplined, making it suitable for students who prefer a focused academic environment. The campus is spacious, green, and well-maintained, which creates a calm atmosphere for studying. One of the best features of the campus is its cleanliness and natural surroundings, along with facilities like libraries, sports grounds, laboratories, and common areas for students. Students can participate in various activities such as cultural events, seminars, workshops, sports competitions, NSS activities, and departmental programs. These activities help students improve their communication skills, teamwork, and overall personality development. However, one drawback is that campus life may feel less vibrant compared to some other colleges because of strict rules and limited entertainment options. Students looking for a highly active social life may find it a bit restricted. Overall, campus life at Dayalbagh Educational Institute is good for students who value discipline, academics, and a peaceful learning environment.

      Others

My experience at Dayalbagh Educational Institute has been good overall. The campus is clean, green, and peaceful, which creates a great environment for studying. I personally like the disciplined atmosphere and well-maintained library, classrooms, and sports facilities. Students can participate in cultural events, seminars, workshops, sports activities, and departmental programs, which help in personal growth.

      College Infrastructure

The campus is well-maintained, with clean classrooms, proper ventilation, and decent seating arrangements that make learning comfortable. Teaching methods are engaging, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Regular assessments, presentations, and projects ensure continuous learning and improvement. While the college does make efforts to bring companies for campus recruitment, the overall opportunities are somewhat limited compared to top institutions. The placement cell is supportive and organizes training sessions, workshops, and mock interviews to prepare students. However, there is still a need for stronger industry connections and better package offerings.

      College is quite good experience

      Verified Review
      College Infrastructure

Giving a 4-star rating for college infrastructure suggests that while the facilities are high-quality and reliable, there is likely a small margin for improvement to reach "world-class" status. Here is a brief breakdown of what a 4-star experience typically entails: Modern Learning Spaces The core academic areas, such as lecture halls and classrooms, are likely well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with essential technology like projectors and Wi-Fi. However, a 4-star rating often implies that while the tech is functional, it may not be the absolute latest "smart-classroom" integration found in elite global institutions. Specialized Facilities Laboratories: You likely found the labs well-stocked with the necessary equipment for your curriculum, though perhaps some high-end research machinery is shared or slightly dated. Library: A 4-star library usually offers a vast collection of physical and digital resources with comfortable study zones, though it might lack 24/7 access or enough private "quiet pods" during peak exam seasons

      Academics

The curriculum is likely industry-aligned and contemporary, ensuring that what you study is relevant to current market demands. A 5-star academic experience often features a blend of theoretical depth and practical application. For instance, in subjects like economics or business, this would involve analyzing real-world case studies, solving complex numerical problems, and engaging in data-driven research rather than just memorizing definitions.

      Placements

Lack of Core Opportunities A poor placement record usually means that reputed companies or "dream employers" are skipping the campus. Instead of structured recruitment drives from industry leaders, students are often left with low-profile startups or roles that don't align with their specialization. For a student, this creates a frustrating "underemployment" trap where the job offered doesn't match the level of education received.

      Value for Money

The most significant factor in a 5-star rating is the outcome-to-cost ratio. This usually means the college offers top-tier placements, industry connections, or academic prestige that far outweighs the semester fees. You likely feel that the quality of education and the brand value of the degree give you a competitive edge in the market that justifies the expenditure completely

      Campus Life

Campus Amenities & Life The "living" aspect of the campus—hostels, cafeterias, and sports complexes—is generally clean and safe. You likely have access to decent gym equipment and variety in the mess hall. The missing 5th star often points to minor "quality of life" issues, such as the need for more green spaces, better parking, or more consistent maintenance of older buildings. Overall, your rating reflects a solid, professional environment that effectively supports both academic success and student well-being.

      College Infrastructure

Yes, my college has most of the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment required for effective learning and overall development. The college provides well-maintained classrooms equipped with proper seating, lighting, ventilation, and in some cases, smart boards or projectors to support modern teaching methods. The library is adequately stocked with textbooks, reference materials, journals, and digital resources, which helps students in academic research and self-study. There are computer labs with internet access that allow students to work on assignments, projects, and develop technical skills. For practical subjects, the college has specialized laboratories with the required equipment to conduct experiments and gain hands-on experience. The campus also includes basic facilities such as clean drinking water, hygienic washrooms, and a canteen providing affordable food. In addition, there are sports facilities and open spaces that encourage physical activities and extracurricular participation. However, while the overall infrastructure is satisfactory, there is always scope for improvement, such as upgrading some equipment, increasing digital resources, and maintaining facilities regularly. Conclusion: Overall, the college infrastructure supports both academic and personal growth, but continuous improvement is essential to meet modern educational standards.

      College Infrastructure

Dayalbagh Educational Institute truly stands out when it comes to infrastructure and facilities. The campus is sprawling, lush green, and serene — a perfect academic environment away from city noise. The central library is exceptional, housing nearly 2 lakh books along with subscriptions to 60+ journals, 15+ newspapers, and a rich digital hub with e-books and over 5,000 e-journals — more than enough for any student's research needs. The laboratories are modern, well-equipped, and properly maintained, giving students excellent hands-on learning experience. The campus also has a 24/7 computer centre with high-speed LAN and internet connectivity, a multimedia lab, and a large auditorium with a seating capacity of 250+. Every department has its own dedicated library in addition to the central one, which is a rare and commendable feature. The hostels for both boys and girls are available within campus, and the mess food is hygienic and of good quality. Sports facilities, a hospital/health centre, canteen, and a beautiful eco-friendly campus recognized by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy add to the overall experience. DEI truly provides world-class facilities at one of the most affordable fee structures in the country.

      Academics

I am currently pursuing my BBA (2nd Year) at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, and it has been a truly enriching experience so far. I chose DEI because of its excellent academic reputation, NAAC-A accreditation, value-based education system, and one of the most affordable fee structures in the country — making quality education accessible to all. The quality of teaching is very good. The faculty members are highly qualified, experienced, and deeply committed to student development. They go beyond textbooks by encouraging case studies, group discussions, presentations, and real-world business problem-solving, which makes learning engaging and practically relevant. The curriculum is well-structured and mostly up to date, covering essential BBA subjects like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, and Entrepreneurship. The course content is designed to build a strong management foundation. While there is slight scope for faster integration of trending topics like digital business, AI in management, and startup ecosystems, the faculty bridges this gap effectively through guest lectures, seminars, and extracurricular activities. Being in my 2nd year, I can already feel the difference in my analytical thinking, communication skills, and business awareness. DEI is not just a college — it is an institution that shapes your character along with your career.

      Placements

Being a BBA 2nd year student at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, I can share an honest and balanced perspective on the placement scenario here. DEI does have a placement cell and training & development programs that work actively to connect students with recruiters. For technical branches like B.Tech and M.Tech, the placement record is noticeably good, with reputed companies visiting campus and offering decent packages. Engineering and postgraduate management (MBA) students tend to benefit more from the placement ecosystem. However, for BBA students specifically, the placement opportunities are relatively limited. Not many top companies visit exclusively for BBA recruitment, and the exposure to corporate recruiters at the undergraduate management level could be significantly improved. The packages offered to BBA graduates are average compared to industry standards. On the positive side, the college does provide internship opportunities, skill development workshops, and career guidance sessions that help students prepare for the job market independently. Many BBA students also use the DEI brand name and strong academic foundation to pursue higher studies like MBA — which is perhaps where DEI truly shines. To sum up — placements at DEI are good for certain branches but need considerable improvement for BBA students. I hope the placement cell expands its outreach to include more management-focused recruiters in the coming years

      Value for Money

One of the biggest reasons I chose Dayalbagh Educational Institute for my BBA is its incredibly affordable fee structure. The course fee is just ₹6,000 per year — which is truly remarkable when you compare it to private colleges charging 15x to 20x more for a similar or even lesser quality of education. And the best part? Every single rupee is absolutely worth it. For such a minimal fee, what DEI offers is extraordinary — highly qualified and experienced faculty, a massive central library with nearly 2 lakh books, modern computer labs, well-maintained classrooms, sports facilities, hostel accommodation, and a stunning green campus. The academic environment, discipline, and value-based education system here are things money simply cannot buy at most institutions. Government scholarships are also available for deserving students, making it even more accessible for middle-class and economically weaker families. DEI truly believes that quality education should not be a privilege — it should be a right. As a BBA 2nd year student, I can confidently say that the knowledge, skills, personality development, and overall growth I have gained here far outweighs the minimal ₹6,000 I pay annually. No private college in Agra or even across Uttar Pradesh can match this value for money proposition. DEI is hands down the most affordable yet high-quality institution in the region

      Campus Life

The campus of Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra is honestly one of its most beautiful and defining features. Spread across a large, lush green area on the outskirts of Agra, the campus feels like a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The greenery, clean pathways, well-maintained gardens, and serene atmosphere make it a genuinely pleasant place to study and grow. Best Features of the Campus: The campus is clean, eco-friendly, and recognized by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy as a sustainable campus. The environment is disciplined yet welcoming. The separate department buildings, spacious classrooms, library, sports grounds, and hostel facilities all contribute to a well-rounded campus life. Safety — especially for girl students — is given top priority, which is truly commendable. Student Activities: DEI has a vibrant extracurricular culture. The annual fest Sampravah is a highlight of the academic calendar, bringing students together for cultural competitions, performances, and celebrations. Intra and inter-faculty cultural competitions are held regularly. Students also actively participate in sports competitions at district, state, and zonal levels — cricket, badminton, volleyball, and football grounds are all available on campus. Areas of Improvement: However, the campus life could be more dynamic. The social and cultural events could be more frequent throughout the year rather than concentrated around one fest. Some hostel facilities also need better upkeep and modernization.
