24 MonthsMaster of Arts (MA) in Global Studies is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the Bharat Ratna Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Delhi. At Karampura Campus.
Key program objectives are to illuminate hidden histories and geographies of globality that are often subsumed within the dominant stories of colonial, postcolonial and neoliberal globalization; and to understand processes through which perceptions of ‘local’ and ‘global’ are co-produced within a multitude of locally embedded contexts. The MA program is organized around the following thematic areas that build an understanding of important global debates: 1) Wealth and Poverty; 2) State and Democracy; 3) Global Environment and Society; 4) Cultures and Identities.

Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed with the Any bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks (or an equivalent grade) from a recognised University (relaxation of 5% of marks for candidates belonging to ST/SC/PwD Categories). Candidates appearing for the final year examination of a degree can also apply.
Admission Details
Admission will be based on The written examination (75% weight) will include General and Geographical Knowledge, Logic and Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and question(s) based on a pre-circulated text, to be uploaded on the AUD website by June 21. This will be followed by an interview (25%). All applicants must appear in both the written exam and the interview to be eligible for admission.
