The cutoff Rank for CSE in GITAM is near about 7000.

The GITAM GAT 2019 examination was held from April 10 to 22, 2019. The entrance exam of GITAM GAT 2019 is conducted for admissions to various undergraduate programs offered at Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam campuses.

Getting 153 in GAT means your rank will be less than 700 and as per cse us concerned even if youu get any rank you are sure of getting cse.

My friendgot 172 and his rank was 29

Hi Vanga. You will be getting the rank in the range of 60001-80000.But I am not saying that this is the exact one. It may differ slightly with the exact one. You can get the total details of cut off marks of all branches in the below website

Why only these three colleges? None of them is that good, do you think you don't deserve better? Apply to Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad. Compared to IBS' 1200 students, they have only 240 students, so great grooming provided to students. 

They have globally acclaimed faculty members, most of them from IIMs. the placement is 100% with many students getting 2-3 offers. The average package is much higher than all the colleges you mentioned, at INR 8 lacs per annum. So Woxsen is obviously a league apart from all these colleges.

If you think of PGDM, think Woxsen.

gitam offers the scolarship only for the top 100 rank holders..in GAT

If you score 74 marks in gat exam you can expect a rank of 7200 and above.

But I would suggest that scoring anywhere above 70 should be more than enough to get your desired seat in a particular campus. Scoring anywhere above 50 will be sufficient to get you an admission in branches other than CSE (to be safe I am saying 50 because of the competition this year).

You have good score you need to worry as The GITAM takes in the huge no. students for the addmission since as per the your score you have the high chances of getting  Vizag campus , as i m gitam student i suggest to take the vizag campus its worth for the fee you pay for it where as next choose the hydrabad only i would like to there is no branch of college of GITAM in bhubaneswar

There will be Simple questions. Nothing related to Economics or Business studies. No PPC Curve from Economics nor do they ask you the formula for Average Inventory from Accountacy.

For instance, they may ask the position of Rahul Gandhi, the Vice President of India, the Vice President of the USA and Where is the Amazon River located.
