Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar (GBPUAT Pantnagar) Facilities
Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar offers many facilities and infrastructure. This includes hostel facilities, library, sports facilities, cafeteria, auditorium, medical facilities and many more. GBPUAT Pantnagar hostel facilities are provided to the students on campus. All the basic amenities are available in the GBPUAT hostel. The GBPUAT library has a huge number of books.
A dedicated digital section which has CDs, DVDs, e-books, e-journals and many more is also present in the university. GBPUAT facilities also include the cafeteria which provides tasty and healthy food to the students and staff. The auditorium of the university is regularly used by the students and teachers to organise events and functions. Details of GBPUAT Pantnagar facilities and infrastructure are given below.

- Boys Hostel
Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar facilities include an on-campus hostel. GBPUAT Pantnagar hostel facilities are offered to the students so that they can have a comfortable stay. There are 13 hostels for boys.
- Girls Hostel
This is purely a residential University. All students should reside in the hostels in the main campus. There are 23 hostels including 10 hostels for girl‟s students and one for married students with separate arrangements for post-graduate and undergraduate students. There is a common room facility in each hostel for entertainment, indoor games for the hostel inmates and a small library having selected books, magazines and newspaper etc.
- Medical/Hospital
Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar facilities include a hospital. It provides first aid facilities to the students. 4 ambulances are provided by the university.
- Gym
Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar facilities include a gymnasium. It is equipped with modern equipment and machines.
- Library
Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar library was established in 1960 and has a large number of books in many genres. These include course-specific books, fiction, nonfiction and many more. A digital library is also available in the university.
- Sports
GBPUAT Pantnagar sports facilities include both indoor and outdoor sports. High student participation is seen in sports activities. Athletic stadium, football ground, squash court, etc are present in the university.
- I.T Infrastructure
GBPUAT Pantnagar has an excellent IT infrastructure. The Central Computing Facility (CCF) was funded by the World Bank and around 225 terminals are present in the university.
- Cafeteria
Healthy and delicious meals are provided to the students and staff of the university by the cafeteria. There is also a Nescafe canteen and a multi-cuisine cafeteria.
- Auditorium
GBPUAT Pantnagar infrastructure includes the auditorium. For conducting activities. It has the capacity to accommodate more than 1200 people.
- Alumni Associations
The Alumni are as much a part of the institution as the students and therefore can best relate to the needs of the current students. - Wifi
The entire campus and hostel is 24-hour wifi enabled.

GB Pant University of Pantnagar has a spacious classroom with smart boards, a large Central Library in which lakhs of books are present, Wifi is also present across all buildings and Hostels. The campus area of the universities is very big and well equipped to carry on different research project for various departments. An auditorium a large open ground for sports and separate hostels is also present here hostels are good and the mess food is okay.
GBPUAT is a such a good place to join and excel in studies.

College Infrastructure
The college has a very good infrastructure. The library is very big, labs being equipped with all the necessary equipments. The classrooms are too large as compared to the number of students. The livings spaces are very clean around.
Best college one can dream of I would say.

College Infrastructure
My college had a very good infrastructure that can fulfil all the academic requirements of a student. There are well equipped laboratories o facilitate all the practical works. Also the college had a well managed ,organized and well furnished library for prompt dissemination of information embodied in the resources.
