The infrastructure is good, the architecture is definitely great and strong. The university is very big on it's own so you can take your time to explore the whole place down. We have all the basic necessities and facilities available here. There is everything inside the campus only. We have hostel facility available in here for both boys and girls and since there are total 8 colleges so the space is enough. The hostel spaces are clean and food is also hygienic. The classrooms are also decent and laborataries are also available. We have library space and a computing facility for students

The academics is okay not that good I would say since the teachers are pretty old and don't seem that interested in students. Also the professors do not seem to be updated with the new and upcoming technologies, the syllabus is also a bit behind compared to the studies today.

Placements is average, only the most brilliant minds get good packages that are above average and some of them are average for colleges outside. Those students usually get it because of their own hard work and dedication, mostly it has got nothing to do with the college.

Okay this is definitely the best thing, this college will be worth your money for sure. You get everything inside the campus for a good fees. And there are scholarships for students who find it difficult to pay the amount so you can apply for it in the college and get help.

The campus is great I would say, the hostel life is especially is nice. Everyone should experience it once in a lifetime and these are somethings that will be with you for life. So, give it a go and make some of the bestest memories here.

I would say that if you've chosen this college, then look at the brighter side. Study and do your best in college, and get a great life ahead. Enjoy life as much as you want because once college is over you will not get it all back

College infrastructure from the outside is really pretty but the classes are in the worst possible conditions. Sometimes the chair is broken sometimes there is no chair at all. In this era of technology there is no smart board for students even after paying so much money

The professors here have no interest in teaching. They take classes just to mark attendance and then sometimes makes the paper so hard like they actually taught us this with so much detail. Some teachers are so lazy to even take classes

There is technically no placement here. I only heard about a handful of seniors who got placed but even that package was no good. Everyone has to find their own ways to get placed outside of this College.

The college fee structure is okay okay but I still think it's not worth it if that money goes no where for students betterment because if you are taking this much money atleast put that money on class infrastructure

There are so many restrictions here and living here as a girl is so exhausting. You can't even go to library or ccf after 6 pm. As a girl its so hard to play any sports. There are so many locals here which makes the campus even more dangerous

we have a nice infrastructure. we do lack few equipments and facilities in our labs. the classrooms are a little old too. the hostels are fine taking in consideration that they are government hostels.

I am currently in 2nd year studying electronics and communication engineering. the professors are nice and really knowledgeable. we are under nep so the course is updated as well. we do have strict attendance policy.

our college have low placements right now. the placements are almost nill. here the students usually focus on exam preparation or opt for higher studies. we do have a placement cell here but it is not active.

per semester total fees is around 40-50k ig ( including mess and hostel fees)

The infrastructure is good but pretty old buildings. Needs a bit of improvement and renovation maybe but otherwise its good and the facilities are also nice, there is library a fully air conditioned computing facility for students, laboratories are also made available, conference halls, large seminars and smart board in classrooms. The living area that is hostel are also good and clean but some hostels need a bit of refurbishment.

Academic is great, the professors teach nicely and do pay attention to students and make sure that students are being taught well. The overall faculty is also helpful. At first I did not want civil but as I studied the subjects more and more I developed nice interest and

Decent placements, nearby companies come and some good renowned companies also provide good opportunities for students. There is a placement cell to handle the amount of companies and help students in finding the best opportunity for them. You can definitely join and overlook the previous data that is available on the official site of the university.

You can go for it, highly recommended and advised if you are looking for a college that is not very expensive and has good amount of facilities. There are shops inside, Hospital for students and emergencies, everything for basic necessity is available inside the campus only so no need to worry and a safe environment.

Great campus life for students to enjoy their graduation time and live a good life, you get everything inside the campus for basic necessities and the area of the university is pretty big so you can explore and roam as much as you want. Amazing hostel life and make good friends and enjoy your college time, make great and lifetime memories.

The infrastructure of the college is pretty good. All the basic facilities are available for students. There are laboratories as per the requirement of each subject and classrooms are clean and spacious. We also have a huge library and computing facility for students to help them in studies. Smart boards are also there in different departments. The hostels are also quite decent and well maintained.

Academic here is okay I feel there is still a lot of need of improvement, the teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified but the way of teaching is pretty old school. Also the curriculum need a bit of upgrade. One more thing to add is that now as we are moving forward I believe we should focus more on practical knowledge and solving real life problems instead of bookish knowledge.

The placement is decent but still lacks behind as the exposure to new technology and industries is less over here. Because the university is more famous for agriculture I think Companies tend to overlook the tech students as much. Though it is not like that students dont get placed, there are a lot of students who get good to great packages but the number is quite less comparatively, most students get average packages somewhere around 6 lacs.

Definitely a value for money college, the fees is decent and good compared to colleges today. You get tons of facility in that amount so its worth your money and gets you a great experience. The admission fee is 10k more than the normal fees for booking and confirming the seat but I think there is a bit of increase in the amount from this year not sure about the exact numbers though.

I would say that campus life is the best part of GBPUAT as you met some of the best people and get great college experience with them which happens once in a life time, you make amazing memories for the rest of your life. As a hosteller you experience a world far from family and get exposure to the real world so it's definitely worth it and must experience.

It was overall a nice experience and I would also recommend other people who are planning to join though I would also say that if you get a better opportunity somewhere else, do make a good compare since the next 4 years will bring a lot of changes in your life.

Govind Ballabh Pant University Of Agriculture and Technology is one of an old and renowned University found in 1960 at Pantnagar. It is on the 9th in position in NIRF ranking as per 2025 among agriculture sector. The total area of the university stretches up to approx. 12,000 acres. I am currently pursuing Bachelor of technology at College of technology at GBPUAT. The University has a total of 8 constituent colleges under its main campus. The infrastructure of the whole University is amazing. As for talking about the college of technology, it has two main buildings The old college of technology building(PCT) and the New college of technology building(NCT). The campus overall is mesmerizing and very green away from the pollution and city noises. We also have a large library with all kinds of books available for the students and a fully air conditioned central computing facility(CCF) which are very helpful for students for their studies. Now coming to the hostel facilities, there are both girls and boys hostel available for different colleges students with the best facilities. There are 23 hostels for the students. The food provided in the mess is very good and hygienic and the hostel premises are also very clean and go through regular sanitization. We also have market and stores available inside the campus to fulfill the daily necessities of students. The overall experience inside the campus is quite pleasant.

The academics of the whole university is pretty good especially the college of agriculture as the university is best known for agricultural practices so the faculty of the college is absolutely amazing with the best resources provided to the students. Talking about the college of technology, there are total 11 different departments related to tech that involve computer, IT, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Civil, Foodtech, Soil and erosion, Agriculture, Drain and irrigation. The professors of all the department are highly qualified, proficient and helpful. The teachers are dedicated to teaching and providing their students with the best knowledge possible, though one thing is that most of the professors are old aged so the teaching methods and style are a bit old tat is something that we need to work on here but otherwise studies are good. We have VLSI design opportunity in our ece department for students, so the college is definitely updated with the recent developments.

Though a lot of students get good placement from the university but I still fell that there is a lack of exposure to the students related to placements especially if I talk about my college. It can also because of the location of the college since it is a bit alienated from the posh cities, which is a major factor in contributing to the placements, but we are currently working on that part to help the students and upcoming juniors. And since I am currently in 3rd year, I am not very well versed with the placement process.

This is something that I can definitely guarantee to anyone, since the university is affiliated with government, the fees(it was around 60k during admission and then 50k for the semester ahead) is not very costly and definitely a value for any student, and there are a few scholarships that our college accepts under certain conditions which will help students who find it difficult due to financial issues.

The overall experience inside the campus is quite pleasant. The environment is pretty good. students can enjoy the campus life and enjoy their graduation, the people are also nice. The infra is good and hostel life is also worth experiencing. There are a lot of facilities available for the students, we have a huge stadium to engage students in sporty activities, it has a lot of sports in there and a gym separate for boys and girls. The college also conduct timely events for students as a part of co curricular activities.

This is my 3rd year and the experience here is pretty decent, I would definitely recommend this university to other students and a worth having experience I would say.

The campus was very big and amazing . The all buliding are good and good facilities are there like big library, labs , sports ground and amazing weather all time . Come here and enjoy your college life

The academic are really good . You will experience hand on hand experiences and learn a lot of skills here . Many events are also conducted and a lot of students participated there . So come here and take a look of college

The placement are not good . You have to work hard and learn skill for getting good placement. But if you work hard you will definitely get placement. So study well in your exams and work hard for getting good placement

If you want a good college at lower price so your search is over . This is the best college as from my side. . You will get lower fees with good academic and placement. All the time you will see great weather and mountain there and feel fresh

From my side I will give 5 star because I really like the college life , there are beautiful gardens and gym and sports you can play. And at night you will se asthetic campus with amazing lighting around library and canteen . The college was in rural you will feel fresh air in campus

As you know this university is so big, you get all the facilities here . You see many events and programs here . If you like the mountain you are at right place . The infrastructure was very good and maintained

The academic was good , all the things you study you also see in real life . As my course I have seen all the things in really there that they study and tell to us . We get really experience with that things

I will not say that the placement was very great . But you will get a decent placement if you are a good and skill student. Otherwise you will lag behind in the placement. If you want good placement then study hard here.

According to the campus the college was very big and fees was not much big like of amity , lpu. You will get a decent placement here and very good academic and all facilities like library, sports ground , events etc

The campus life is so good . As the campus is in uttarakhand you can see very good weather all there. You will see many mountains and feel very fresh . Campus was very big you can enjoy a lot there with your friends

Govind Ballabh pant university is known for its vast green campus, agriculture research facilities, and residential environment which helps in students learning and growth. The university has a well-equipped laboratories for research projects, a central library with the large collection of books, journals, thesis. The university also provides separate girls and boys hostel with all the basic amenities.

The university offers students a well-maintained classrooms with balm the facilities and strongly focuses on the practical learning and research-oriented education which helps the students develop and strengthens their concepts. The faculty of the university is experienced in academics and industry exposure which helps the students gain real world experience and how things work.

The placements of the university is really good and the university also has dedicated placement and counselling cell that guides the students and also organises campus recruitment, internships, career guidance, resume building workshops, aptitude and soft-skills training that helps them learn and grow in their core subjects which get them placed in the reputed organisation.
