Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offered by Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun.

Mechanical engineering deals with areas such as manufacturing processes, material behavior, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, design of machine elements and energy production. Mechanical engineers design and manufacture product and components of importance. They also deals with problems related to energy conversion, interfacing with mechanical systems and subsystem used in industries, power plants etc.

Eligibility Criteria

All interested candidates should have passed Class XII from a recognized board of examination with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry or equivalent or as per AICTE guidelines with not less than 60% marks either in PCM or aggregate. Candidates who have successfully cleared JEE Mains will also be considered for admission on the basis of their JEE Mains scores based on the cut-off decided by the university for that academic year.

College Infrastructure

Graphic Era Hill University has a modern, campus with good academic buildings, labs and student facilities classrooms and seminar halls have the facility of (projectors, AC which is benificial for regular teaching, workshops and departmental events library withi books and e-resources for study and research.

The college infrastructure was good and we have different different building for different departments and we well clean campus area and class rooms and labs and library and the sports ground for different and sports room also there and we have the internet facility and transportation facilities are also there in the campus
