72 MonthsPh.D. Mathematics shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by the Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun.
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Degree from any AIU/UGC/AICTE recognized University/ Institutions or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the fields of study notified from time to time by the University. A minimum of 55% marks or CGPA of 5.5 on a 10-point scale in the qualifying examination (50% marks or CGPA of 5.0 on a 10-point scale for SC/ST candidates).
Admission Details
Admissions are based on GATE/NET/SLET scores or written tests followed by an interview by the Department concerned with due attention to National/State Reservation.

College Infrastructure
I was not in the hostel for the first year but as far as I know, my friend tells me that the facility is very awesome. Food is provided four times a day, one in the evening. Wi-Fi is available on every floor. Sometimes the Wi-Fi works if we can inform the service room.
