The LLM Program shall be conducted and managed by LLM Program Centre – GNLU Post-Graduate Legal Studies Centre (GPGLSC). LLM courses are offered in : International And Comparative Law, Corporate And Commercial Law, Constitutional And Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Rights
Minimum 10 Seats will be reserved under each specialization-option and the remaining 20 seats will be filled up based on the choice of stream-option by the candidates. There will be no upper limit on the intake of candidates under a specialization-option subject to the condition that the overall intake is not exceeding 60. If any course is not offered due to lack of adequate number of students, students of the same course will be transferred to other courses on the basis of available seats as per the guidelines of the Academic Council.
Admission is based on CLAT PG entrance exam.
LL.B. degree/equivalent degree in law from a recognized University, with not less than 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST students)
Candidate appearing in the qualifying examination can appear provisionally, subject to the production of necessary qualification papers before or at the time of admission.
