Which means you cleared the cut off.

And ofcourse if you cleared then have a seat. Just wait and you may sure get a seat.

Although IIFT takes a note about your previous academic records and Code of conduct, it is not a major aspect. Once you havecleared the entrance exam and you are eligible in all aspects, you will get an admission unless your academic records and extremely poor and not
