Top B-Schools admission calls depends on a lot of factors. Academics is one among them but is also an important factor.

If you belong to General category and have a very low academics then it is hard to get a call from top B-Schools.

Yes you can appear for IIFT 2019. Only thing you have to do is to give proof of your qualifying examination and submit that you have givn exam for last semester of your graduation.
