It's amazing that you're aiming for IISER Pune which is one of the most prestigious  institute for science education and research. You can get into IISER once you meet their eligibility criteria. There are 3 channels to get in IISER

• KVPY channel ( now discontinued)
• IIT-JEE channel
• IAT ( IISER Aptitude Test)

Admissions are purely based on your IAT rank , category and seat availability.

You should have also completed 10+2  with PCM/B with a minimum percentage depending on your category.
