IISER Mohali Facilities

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali prioritises the comfort of students and faculty members and ensures the campus has modern facilities and infrastructure. IISER Mohali facilities list consists of a library which has books, journals and other reading materials, a modern auditorium, a medical centre for providing basic medical facilities and many more.

Adding to these, IISER Mohali campus facilities also include a guest house for visitors, transportation and sports facilities. The campus has a playground for outdoor sports and also has infrastructure for indoor sports. Furthermore, the IISER Mohali provides modern IT infrastructure to students and faculty members.

Medical/Hospital
To provide basic first aid facilities to students, staff and faculty members, the university has a medical centre within campus premises.
Library
The library of the varsity was established in 2007. There are a number of books, journals, publications etc. for dual degree and Ph.D students. The scholars of the university can find research related materials at the library.
Sports
IISER Mohali has an athletic track, basketball court, badminton court, table tennis court, cricket and football ground at the campus. Students can use sports facilities during their free time to refresh their minds.
I.T Infrastructure
The university has a computer lab with software for research and development purposes. Furthermore, rapid internet access is also there at the computer labs.
Auditorium
All the seminars, webinars and other events of the university are held at the modern auditorium.
Transport Facility
The varsity provides transportation services to students, staff and faculty members. The visitors of IISER Mohali can use the transportation services.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
To facilitate and accommodate the guest faculty, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali has a furnished guest house.

College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment which can assist by each student college have laboratory library sports centre and hostel facility wifi be available living place or space are clean

College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and laboratories and good libraries to us Class rooms are good.

Institute is got for Ph.D one student.

College Infrastructure

We get very good food and the arrangement is good. Although you need to bring things like mattress, bucket etc. But otherwise hostel rooms are spacious and very clean. All other facilities mentioned are very good. We have good class room with well maintaining.

Since you’ve cleared the IISER Aptitude Test, you now need to register online for the counselling at the official portal (iiseradmission.in). Fill out the preference form with your IISER choices, verify documents if shortlisted, and pay the seat acceptance fee. Keep checking the site for counselling dates and steps.

In iiser 2025 results a sc category student score 8000 rank seat getting possibility avaible or not?

If you see last year data the closing rank for SC at the least competitive IISER Berhampur in 2024 was 965. It shows that even for newer and less competitive IISERs, the closing ranks for the SC category were far below 8000. So unfortunately possibility is very low.

I have uploaded my tn obc-ncl certificate which is centralized has qr code but not in the format does my obc-ncl reservation will be canceled All the informations are perfect expect the format is not per centralIts in my state format It is a digitally signed one and also has a qr code to verify it Actually mine is centralized obc-ncl only the format alone is slightly different My caste is under central obc list and contains main points regarding obc It's upto valid issued after April 1st I asked iiser help desk they replied Dear Candidate, If you have uploaded the valid document on the Application Portal before the deadline, it should be fine. Hello,

If your OBC-NCL certificate is valid, issued after April 1st, digitally signed, has a QR code, and mentions all the required details, then there should not be any problem.

Even if the format is slightly different, the main thing is that it proves your OBC-NCL status under the central list. Also, since the IISER help desk has confirmed that uploading a valid document before the deadline is fine, your reservation is not likely to be cancelled.
