Hi ! Yes, you can get it easily on the basis of your rank and marks in gate exam. Yes, you can get it because to get in IISER the minimum Percentile required in gate examination is 95-96 percentile. Your chances of getting IISER is very less. The minimum you should be scoring to have secured admission in IISERs is around 75-85 for OBC. You will definitely be not getting a seat in any IISERs in regular round even for your 3rd choice IISER. The competition for IISER is very high and thus it's cutoff generally climbs up which futher reduces your chances. I would still suggest you to go for it and see if you get lucky.

Under the SCB channel , the eligibility rule says

Students who have passed 10+2 level with science stream in 2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply for admissions and appear for IAT 2019.

They will evaluate you on the basis of maths or bio,chem and physics.

So for your case its bio,chem and physics

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Advanced) of the Indian Institutes of Technology

State and Central Boards Channel (SCB)

IISER 2020 Exam is conducted for admissions to the 5-year BS-MS Dual Degree Programme at the seven IISER across India. IISER is Indian Institute of Science Education & Research. The admission to this prestigious institute is done in 3 ways- through KVPY, through JEE Advanced Ranking and through State and Central Board method. Those selecting the third method will have to appear for the entrance test. Through IISER 2020, admissions to a total of 1325 seats are conducted at all the IISER.

• IISER Berhampur- 100 seats
• IISER Bhopal- 250 seats(Basic Sciences – 200; Engineering Sciences – 50)
• IISER Kolkata- 200 seats
• IISER Pune- 225 seats
• IISER Mohali- 200 seats
• IISER Thiruvananthapuram- 200 seats
• IISER Tirupati- 150 seats

I'm sorry to inform you but according to your rank in Jee mains, you can hardly get any college. And in vit you might not get your desired branch and the main campus. 

You can apply in iiser through scb ,but you have to take aptitude test for that. 

Or you can take a drop for an year and prepare once again for jee.

in the higher rounds probability of getting better colleges increases.

This happens only when there is availability of seats.

But there is no certainty for this as each year there is different scenario.
