There are three ways to get a seat in IISER which are as follows-

KVPY Channel

Candidates having a valid KVPY fellowship commencing from 2019-20 academic session are eligible to apply for admissions. Additional cut-off criteria for marks obtained in 10+2 board examination is also applicable.

JEE-Advanced Channel

It is uncertain to say that if you answer 30 questions you have a sure shot chance. However if you answer 40, then you might have the best chance to crack it.

Your jee mains rank isn't enough for NITs,IIITs.You need OBC rank under 20K for NITs or IIITs. Also your jee advance score not seems enough for IITs.You will qualified with this score.This score isn't enough for IITs.Look for another engineering entrance examination.

If your rank is under 10000 then you are eligible to get admission in IISER and IISC  and if you are reserved candidate then your category rank should be under 10000.
