Many institues take admissions from NEET. These includes MBBS courses and BSc as well. For example IISc and IISER do take admissions from NEET.
It is not a well known fact and students in class 12th don't usually think about it. You can apply in both of them

According to the eligibilty criteria set by IISER, you can apply in 2020. You can check the details on the official notification released by IISER. In IISER 2019 only those applicants can apply who have passed 10+2 in 2018 or 2019.
