As per your marks, may be you may get seat in iiser 2nd cut off list. i ma providing you the link where you can go through ach and every details of the iiser along with the cut off and total number of seats available in all the iiser. all the best have a great future ahead.

Yes there might be some chances for the second counselling if the seats remain vacant after the first allotment. Usualy it takes about 2 weeks after the first allotment. So keep a check on the iiser website for the updates.

Cutoff for every year is different so we can't predict.

But after all you have little bit chances .

Mostly a couple weeks or so after the first round.

You'll be able to see it on the IISER Admissions website, so keep checking it regularly.

Chances usually increase in the second / third rounds of allocation, but unless you're score is good enough to be in the top 1k ranks, you most probably won't be alloted a seat.
