As per your marks, may be you may get seat in iiser 2nd cut off list. i ma providing you the link where you can go through ach and every details of the iiser along with the cut off and total number of seats available in all the iiser. all

Yes there might be some chances for the second counselling if the seats remain vacant after the first allotment. Usualy it takes about 2 weeks after the first allotment. So keep a check on the iiser website for the updates.

Actually it depends on paper and students also .

Cutoff for every year is different so we can't predict.
