Yeah sure it will decrease the cut off EWS category student as 10% seat will reserve for this category.

Last year cut off for EWS category student in jipmer, Puducherry was AIR 1700 in 2nd AIQ counseling. So this year it might be ho yo somewhat Higher rank.

The counselling for NEET for the All India quota seats will last from June 12 to 24 for the first round. The last date for joining college after the first round is July 3, 2018. The second round of counselling will last from July 6 to 12, 2018.
