Dear Aspirant,

As you have secured 48k rank in neet and considering you belong to obc category so let me tell you that there are chances to get in mop round in jipmer but there are certain factors that I mentioned below. The dynamics of these depends on that.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

What is the cutoff marks for JIPMER puducherry through AIQ for OBC student ? And is the total fees of the college?

Hello Aspirant!!

The institute was established in the year 1956 under the Government of India. Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry is also known as JIPMER.

Although the cutoff marks can only be predicted but cannot be guaranteed as it depends on

  1. The Number of students appeared in the exam
  2. The difficulty level of the exam
  3. The seat matrix of the college.

But still you need to score around 650-685 marks to Qualify JIPMER through All India Quota as an OBC Category student. And the fees will vary around 30000-350000,

Hope it helps!!!

the list of candidates selected under NRI or OCI quota in AIIMS DELHI and JIPMER with neet marks and ranks

Hello aspirant,

I hope that you are doing absolutely great.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that There is no specific NRI quota in AIIMS . A student needs to clear the NEET-UG exam with great rank to take admission in MBBS course in AIIMS. As an interim relief for the 2021-22 session, NRI candidates can apply in Foreign Nationals category (7 seats at AIIMS). Furthermore, OCI candidates those registered themselves under section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955 are eligible for this test.

Furthermore, the minimum marks required in NEET for AIIMS under NRI and OCI quota is : The minimum aggregate marks (English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) obtained in the qualifying exam to appear in the examination will be 60% marks for OBC & General category and 50% for SC/ST/OPH candidates.

Minimum eligible score for the entrance of MBBS is 50 percentile for general category candidates and 40 percentile for SC/ST category candidate .

I hope that this will help.

Greetings!!

In order to get admission in JIPMER,

  • You must have a score of atleast 50%in PCB in class 12th in general category the required marks in 12th for OBC and other reserved categories is 40% .
  • English should be a compulsory subject in till class 12th.
  • You must be 17 years old, however there isn't any upper limit for age.
  • Either admission is done on merit basis depending on the college.
  • Else it is conducted through NEET.

In my neet counselling form for UG 2021, I have just selected All India Quota, not Open Seats. Will it prevent me from getting into AIIMS and JIPMER?

Hello,

Yes, since you haven't selected counseling for OPEN seats, you wouldn't find AIIMS and JIPMER during the choice filling for counseling.

----- But Medical Counseling Committee, MCC has provided 'RESET' facility that could be used only once to make any corrections you made during Registration except the mistake in Category filling.

------- The RESET option can be used only to change the type of counselling i.e add or

delete different type of counselling and not to change the category.
