The B.Sc / B.Sc. (Honours/ Honours with Research) in Computer Science programme is designed to develop analytical, computational thinking and problem-solving skills in design, development and implementation of computer software/hardware. It covers the foundation and core courses of computer science and mathematics. Projects, summer training and internship will develop the communication, problem solving, team work and leadership skills to meet the requirement of the industries/organizations. After successful completion of the programme, students will be capable of starting a career as an entrepreneur or may join various Software Industries as Software Professional, Data Scientist, System Analyst, Network Administrator etc. This programme also provides excellent opportunities for higher studies in the area of computer science/applications.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2/equivalent examination in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2026 are eligibl
B.Sc (Computer Science): Passed with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) aggregate in 10+2 or its equivalent examination in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
B.Sc (Forensic Science): Passed with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) aggregate in 10+2 or its equivalent examination in science stream with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject.
Secured a Pass grade in all subjects.

Admission Details

Provisional admission based on merit of aggregate in 10+2 examination and also on the basis of CUET (UG) score of below subjects:

B.Sc (Computer Science): Mathematics, Physics and English.
B.Sc (Forensic Science): Physics, Chemistry and one other subject from Anthropology, Biology, Biological Studies, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and English.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is really good, spacious with all the necessary facilities. It has air conditioned classrooms for students, laboratories, libraries, sports ground, etc. The campus is well maintained and clean.
