M.Tech Biotechnology at JIIT Noida Offline Course

M. Tech. Biotechnology programme offers diverse and extensive aspects of biotechnology and life sciences and with a strong emphasis on research. Curriculum is enriched with electives especially devised to help individuals choose the stream of interest, compliant to his/her research aspirations and current industrial demands. The department is well equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and has requisite infrastructure to train students in the courses and research projects. The department’s strength is primarily the faculty having vast doctoral and post-doctoral research experience from international and national premier institutes/universities, an active doctoral program (more than 60 scholars pursuing PhD and approximately 40 scholars with completed PhD), publications in reputed international/national journals, and sponsored research projects totalling approximately INR-11 Crores from premier national funding agencies (DBT, DST, ICMR, AICTE, AYUSH, UPCST) and consultancy projects. Interaction with leading scientists from academia and industry through invited lectures, workshops and conferences ensures all-round development. Our students pursue higher studies in reputed national and international organizations and in core biotechnology companies. Many are entrepreneurs and have their own start-ups.
