The course curriculum include topics like Solid Mechanics, Continuum Mechanics, Elastodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Wavelets and Applications, Numerical and Statistical Analysis, Numerical methods for differential equations, Fuzzy Automata and Fuzzy Topology, Fractals and Chaos, Fixed Point Theory, Information and Coding Theory, Queueing Theory and Stochastic Modelling, Soft Computing.
Eligibility Criteria
- M. Tech. Degree of a University or equivalent for Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology in respective branch with 60% Aggregate Marks or CGPA not less than 6 on scale of 10.
- Master‟s Degree of a University for Ph. D. in Sciences/ Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Management/ Pharmacy in respective discipline or equivalent with 60% Aggregate marks or CGPA not less than 6 on scale of 10.
- M.C.A. Degree with 60% Aggregate Marks or equivalent CGPA and two years experience for Ph. D. in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology Departments.
- Consistently good academic performance is desirable.
Admission Details
- Admission to PhD Program will be done through PhD Entrance Test followed by interview conducted by JUET Guna. NET/SLET/GATE qualified candidates are exempted from appearing in PhD Entrance Test. However, they will be required to appear for the interview conducted by the respective department. Admission will be offered purely on the basis of PhD Entrance Test Result and/or Interview. The admission will be provisional and subject to production of eligibility certificates and deposition of academic fee.
