The varsity offers diploma, UG, PG and doctoral programmes. KIMS Karad offers a total of 68 courses. Medical & allied sciences, pharmacy and sciences stream courses are offered by the varsity. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences courses are offered in regular mode. M.B.B.S., B.Pharma, B.Sc., M.D., M.P.T., M.D.S., M.Ch., Ph.D etc. are a few of the KIMS Karad courses that candidates can pursue. The college has adequately sized 1100 bedded hospital in the campus. The college takes a batch of 200 students. The lecture halls, demonstration rooms and the laboratories are quite spacious for the accomodation of the whole batch. The lecture halls have centrallised AC, are equipped with modern day teaching equipment like smart boards along with the traditional ones- blackboard. The laboratories are well maintained, have all the required equipment and chemicals. The whole campus is Wi-Fi zone.
