- Professionals in Educational Planning and Policy Development.
- Educational Consultants and Monitoring and Evaluation of Educational Programmes and Institutions
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate seeking admission to the course leading to the degree of Master of Education must satisfy the following conditions for eligibility.
The candidate seeking admission to the M.Ed. the programme should have obtained at least 50 % marks or an equivalent grade in the following programmes:
- B.Ed.
- B.A. B.Ed., B.Sc. B.Ed.
- B.El.Ed.
- D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree (with 50 % marks in each)
Reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other applicable categories will be as per the rules of the State Government.
A candidate admitted to M. Ed course should not do any other course during the same academic year.
Admission Details
Admission, into M.Ed., shall be made on the basis of the overall marks obtained in the qualifying examination, entrance test, oral presentation and personal interview. (The bifurcation of the weight age will be 40% + 20%+ 20% + 20%= 100%) The overall merit for the admission will include marks in the entrance test, marks in the B.Ed. / B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. / B.El.Ed. / D.El.Ed. programme, marks in the oral presentation and personal interview.
