MSU Baroda Facilities

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSUB) Vadodara offers many facilities to the students, faculty and staff. Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Vadodara facilities include residential facilities, medical facilities, cafeteria, auditorium, sports and many other facilities. MSU Baroda facilities also include separate hostels for boys and girls. The library of the university provides students with many academic resources to help them with their studies.

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Vadodara facilities also include various sports infrastructure. MSU Baroda also has a cafeteria that provides healthy and nutritious meals to the students, faculty and staff. The auditorium is used for organising events and functions. The health centre on campus caters to all the medical needs of the students and staff. A gymnasium is provided to the students. An IT infrastructure is also part of MSUB Vadodara campus facilities.

Boys Hostel
The university provides accommodation for boys. All basic facilities are provided to the students. The hostels have furnished rooms. Bed, cupboard, table, chair, hot water boilers facility, etc are provided to the students. There are 12 boys’ hostels.
Girls Hostel
Residential facilities are provided to girls. Basic facilities like security, electricity, water supply, internet, etc are provided in the hostels. There are 4 girls’ hostels.
Medical/Hospital
A health centre is present on campus. It caters to all the medical needs of the students and staff of the university. The health centre was established in the year 1964 and has trained medical officers and nurses.
Gym
A gymnasium with modern equipment is provided by the university.
Library
Shrimati Hansa Mehta Library was established on 1st May 1950. The library has a large number of books, reference books, printed journals and online journals, magazines, thesis, etc. It has 10 Kindle e-book readers.
Sports
The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Vadodara provides a large number of sports facilities to the students. This includes fields and grounds for various games like cricket, kho-kho, hockey, football, etc.
I.T Infrastructure
The university has the latest and modern IT infrastructure facilities. The Maharaja Sayajirao University - Computer Centre as a central facility started in 1980 with assistance from the UGC. To meet the requirements of the advancing technology it has a set of computers well equipped with modern software and hardware.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria of the university provides meals to the students, faculty and staff at a discounted rate.
Auditorium
The university auditorium is used by the students and faculty to conduct various activities and functions. C.C Mehta Auditorium has been equipped with advanced audio and visual facilities.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
Guesthouse for the accommodation of faculty and guests is provided by the university. It has a total of 30 rooms.
Laboratories
The university provides many departmental laboratories to the students. These laboratories help the students in gaining practical knowledge and hands-on experience.

College Infrastructure

MSU Baroda's Faculty of Commerce infra is basic but solid gold for a govt uni-huge campus with everything you need without fancy extras. Classrooms are spacious with projectors for accounting lectures, fans/AC in key spots, and boards that don't ghost out. Commerce labs have computers for tally practice and stats software; not top-tier but reliable for group assignments. The library's legendary-massive, hi-tech with commerce journals, e-resources, and quiet zones open late for exam preps. Hostels are affordable (₹40 mess meals, clean rooms), sports fields for cricket/football, and a big auditorium for sem fests. Canteen's cheap chai-samosa heaven. Downsides? Some buildings feel old-school, Wi-Fi spotty in peaks, maintenance lags post-monsoon. But green lawns and walkable campus make it chill. Beats my coaching classes-practical for B.Com basics like business law. For 10k fees, it's unbeatable comfort.

College Infrastructure

It has one of the best infrastructure of a university within Gujarat, It has clean living space, WIFI, AC's and well maintained buildings. Even though the college is at the centre of the city. You can consider this college as highlight of Vadodara

College Infrastructure

The college has a beautiful campus. It has very well maintain labs, studios and classrooms. The college has a well stocked library. It is very prestigious college which probide practical knowldfor students for specialized courses.

What is the merit and expected cutoff for BE electronics for ug course at msu baroda as of 2024?

The cut off for MSU (Baroda) is either based on GUJCET or JEE Mains, for JEE the cut off was around 40,000 to 50,000 for general category students.
