B.Sc Physics Hons at Mody University Offline Course

Physics is the branch of science concerned with the nature and properties of matter and energy. The Programme is designed to give the basic knowledge of Physics to undergraduate students. The subject matter of physics includes mechanics, heat, light and other radiation, sound, electricity, magnetism, and the structure of atoms. After pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, it intersects with many interdisciplinary areas of research, such as biophysics and quantum chemistry and the boundaries of physics are not rigidly defined. 

The university offers 3 Years Bachelor Degree in Physics. This degree offers a broad-based experimental Physics programme which forms the basic training for the professional physicist. It also provides a strong foundation for many other career opportunities. The subjects like Quantum Physics and Electromagnetism, Quantum Mechanics, Properties of Matter and Laboratory work, Particle Physics, Solid State Physics, Atomic and Nuclear Physics etc. are covered in the curriculum.
