At the time of my graduation, the infrastructure at Monad University was basic and still developing. Classrooms were usable and labs were available, but facilities were limited. The campus had enough space, though many areas felt under construction or improvement stages. Overall, it supported regular studies but did not feel advanced.

Academics were straightforward and syllabus-based. The focus was mainly on completing the course requirements and preparing students for examinations. Some teachers were helpful and explained concepts clearly, while learning outcomes depended a lot on how much effort a we put in personally.Faculty members were generally approachable. Guidance was provided when students asked for help, but there was limited mentoring beyond classroom teaching.

Placement opportunities were very limited during my time. Campus placements were not a major strength, and most students looked for jobs off-campus, pursued higher studies, or shifted fields based on personal interests and opportunities

The university offered basic education at a reasonable cost. For students mainly seeking a degree, it served the purpose.

Campus life was quiet and simple. There were not many large events or activities, but we formed friendships and supported each other. The environment was calm and suitable for students who preferred a low-pressure college routine.

As a graduate student of the 2014 batch, my experience at Monad University was average and practical. It provided a formal degree and a simple academic routine.

The campus infrastructure is good enough. The classrooms are well-ventilated and spacious. The library is good for management study material, and there are computer labs with internet connection. I don't reside in the hostel because I am nearby, but my friends mention that the hostel is well-maintained.

The methods of teaching are simple and more emphasis is focus on basics. The syllabus is industry-oriented, particularly marketing, finance, and HR. Examinations are moderately challenging, and the teachers are strict about daily presentation for mba students.

The top package that was recently given was of the order of 10–12 LPA, while the minimum was around 3 LPA. The mean package is in the region of 4.5 LPA. HDFC Bank, Byju's, Tech Mahindra, and some local start-ups come to the campus. Though big MNCs are not frequent visitors, active students involved in internships and possessing good communication or marketing skills do find decent placements.

The University Infrastructure is Eco- friendly and best infrastructure according to latest technology innovation for good environment. Having needful things according to students needs which helps students to learn new things from university.

Overall 60 % students are placed from the university only. Highest package which was grab by students from university is 12-15 lakhs and minimum 3.5 lakhs. Process of Placement is easy on percentage Criteria acc. to companies need.

Yes, it is value for money for graduation purpose only not for masters due to Low placement criteria but good for graduation courses. As my course fess was 75000/- per semester and is worth it for graduation learning and degree basis.

Campus Life is not so good having small campus not cooprative staff to do something.Allowing students to do internships in collage hours also and helping them to give support in carrier. They also provide campus facility to stay in hostels for those students who stay far from home town.
