It would be difficult to provide you the qualifying score or admission cutoff 2019 as JEE Main is being counducted twice by NTA for the first time. Based on this score the chances seems less to get a seat in NIT AP. You can check your other chances

Obvious , NIT goa is better than NIT andhra pradesh.

NIT goa is a developing institute so after some years it will improve more.

For 2015-16

Placement of CSE was 100% it is great

 for ECE 78%

  for EEE it was 78%.

So if you prefer NITG then

Dear,

Both are NIT only it's up to you in which state you want to go.

If you are ok with the Goa state and satisfised then go with Goa or elsa with Andhar Pradesh.

But both are as equal as the head are handling there branches.
