NITs take admission on the basis of marks or rank secured by a student in JEE MAINS not ECET Rank . So , clearly not just with this rank , but with any rank in ECET , you are not eligible for admission in NIT.

According to home state qouta cut off you have chances to get admission in biotechnology and metallurgical material engineering in NIT, Andhra Pradesh as per your cut off.

With a JEE Mains AIR of 100000 you can't get a seat at NIT Andhra Pradesh.

You can try for other colleges acceplting JEE Mains rank.

According to your rank you have very less chances for getting admission in NIT ap because according to last year cut-off your rank must be within 12000 for getting NIT.but don't disappoint you have chances for other NIT so go for it.
