With the category rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into an NLU. But you can definitely look out for other good colleges like

I scored 75 and belongs to obc and have mp domicile can I expect myself somewhere in any NLU?

Eligibility

All candidates, other than those applying under the Foreign Nationals category, should appear for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and selection shall be solely on that basis.
In order to appear for the AILET, candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination and scored a minimum of 50%.

Congratulations on getting through. You see this year the cutoff is extremely on the higher side and seats are full in the first lists itself for even low ranking NLUs.

If it's your rank in SC category then I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into an NLU even with a state domicile. But you can check out other colleges out there like

Can I get any nlu in third list? My rank is around 1800 in clat 2019.no reservation. No domicile.

Chances of getting into an NLU with the rank you're mentioning, are very less that you'll get an NLU if you fall in general category. In the third list also no NLUs are going to breach their closing ranks.

As our expected assumption you can hope for assam till 2nd list or hnlu till 2nd list because many of the students leave their seats for some other college and it gets upgraded or their are some vacant seats as well so you can also try for that.

As per your rank the problem options that you have are cuttack, kochi, Jabalpur, assam, hpnlu you have to be patient because the options left for are the sower ranked nlus so you can keep your hope suo till 3rd list I think you might a chance of getting

College Infrastructure

National Law University, Odisha, Cuttack (NLUO) provides good infrastructure, with proper classrooms/lecture halls, good library equipped with air conditioning, clean campus, ample food stalls for students, sports centres like basketball court, tennis court, badminton court and football field. The hostel rooms are big enough and cleaning crew is available from 7:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M. The hostels, lecture halls, library and mess are all equipped with WiFi, lecture halls have white boards and projector. Mess food is edible. Overall a good experience and good living environment.

College Infrastructure

It has greatly developed as it currently houses one of the largest law library in the country. Adequate facilities with respect to sports and recreation area also made available to students along with good hygienic food

Overall a good college.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is improving slowly. The library is finally functional. The hostels are spacious, you get single rooms which is a great thing. Overall the college is pretty but needs a lot of development.
