Keep an eye on the vacant list notifications also for the top ranked NLUs.  You may get into RGNLU if any vacant seat

With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into an NLU if you fall in general category. But you can definitely check out some other good colleges like 

• Ideal Institute of Management and Technology 
• Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology 
• JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus,
